Went to self served till but could not use cash.  Spotted a free drink machine that I had heard Waitrose did this it said ask for cup at till. Figured that is so people make a purchase rather than just drink the machine dry . Asked for cup when I bought my stuff but WAS told I can only have one if I had a Waitrose card. Looked over and a women had bought her own massive cup in and was filling it up to the brim. Got home made my own drink to be told my good lady has a said Waitrose card !!     I must need glasses

Always feel wanted in there but feel "in the way" in other supermarkets.

Always a nice shipping experience. Personally I'm a reduced sticker shopper mainly, I get some amazing deals. But there are plenty of products available at a good price as well.
