Been many times and thoroughly enjoyed every meal we’ve had here. Today was our first meal out with our daughter - she’s six months old. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they even brought her apple sauce to try which was so kind of them. My only complaint - and this may be because my daughter is six months and this may not be the case for older babies and toddlers - I found the high chairs more like low chairs. I also didn’t feel it felt very secure, the buckle wasn’t tight around her and holding her upright. I mean, she managed because she’s a super star but I ended up moving her into her pushchair so I could relax and enjoy my meal without worrying about her. That is my only complaint - the highchairs need to be a bit higher, or maybe have a couple of highchairs for babies and a couple for toddlers?
Caitlin served my mum and I today as we popped in for lunch. The food was fresh, tasty and perfectly sized !! Great value and atmosphere, a lovely hidden gem nnCaitlin was very attentive without us feeling pressured, really welcoming and helpful !nnSee you again soon!
Brilliant dinner tonight!nReece was really attentive and friendly and made a cracking Eton Mess for us!nI had the Sea Bass which was delicious.nCan’t wait to go back!
A lovely place. The food was tasty. We had the 3 course lunch and could easily choose from a varied menu. It was great. We were served by Alec who gave first class service and was friendly and helpful. Excellent. Thanks very much. We'll come back again soon.
I LOVED everything about The Church Mouse. It's a cosy pub with amazing atmosphere. The food is beautiful and the staff are just the most friendliest I have ever come across. They couldn't do enough for you and they really did make it a better experience because they were so great. The waiter Alec is a darling. Such a wonderful guy. We would go back to see him :
