1st visit here. Searched Google for places near me to order takeaway burger. Placed my order on line and had 17 mins till order was ready for collection so knew I had time to do some grocery shopping while order was being prepared. Got to The Chicken Place and my order wasn't received on their system. Tho my phone showed 3 min left to pick up. This wasn't a problem as the restaurant was empty and placing my order was prompt with me waiting 5 min. Chicken burger had a spicy taste to it and bun was soggy possibly been frozen over the Christmas period. Chicken pops I would rate better than a larger rival chicken franchise. Tasty, good size with 12 in my portion.

Chicken has almost no spice but has plenty of bones and gristle in it, portions all tiny, everything is dry. I've had a lot better for the same price tbh.

I made an order at 23:45 and waited for 50 minutes didn't get the order I phoned the office and the receptionist told me she was packing the order 45 minutes later my order is not still here I phone the office and they said the office was close what a very terrible delivery company is this

My entire order was cancelled after waiting 30mins and seeing the order was processed, and was cooking. Quote: "That's the risk you take ordering online" Also refused to give her name over the phone so I could make a complaint. This just happened. Seriously... get better staff
