The last time I ordered the delivery driver forgot my bottle of coke and upon realisation just shrugged his shoulders. He did not seem keen on going back to get it so I let it slide and told him it was okay, even though I was slightly annoyed. Tonight I have received my pizza with a long black hair on it. I know this is human nature and I'm guessing an easy mistake to make but you have a 'quality control' part of your tracker so why is no quality control taking place. On this occasion the hair was very obvious and I find it very unacceptable that it was sent to me this way. I won't be ordering from this dominos again and hope that this review will improve your levels of attention to detail and hygiene.

Terrible service! Ordered from here twice with bad service, first time the pizza arrived an hour late and it was cold, second time they phones to cancel because of bad weather, promised a full refund but this never happened, phone up and told it would be sorted, this still hasn't happened, will not order from here again! Bad bad service!

The app has a melfunction. Accidentally selected extra cheese- added on the extra charge. Then unselected it- went back to the normal charge (to clarify I still wanted cheese just not extra and still paid the original price) arrived with no cheese. Called back , got attitude. Got told it would arrive soon. Still waiting two hours later. Will not order from dominos again.

Terrible service. We wait about 3 hours for our pizza，but it doesn't deliveried. The attitude of staff is very bad，she just tell us to continue wait. Trash.

Appalling customer service. Placed an order worth £25. Wrong pizza repeatedly delivered, which I handed back to the driver. When I phoned up to speak to the manager, who was increasingly impatient, he concluded that they couldn't do anything as it was my fault. Paid for a pizza, but never had one. After 6 years of been a loyal customer, I'll be taking my service elsewhere.
