The food is really good. the wonderful chicken is definitely worth a try. I'd agree with others on the service though. Can be painful!

so many bad reviews saying exactly the same thing. just waited over 2 hours for food, arrived cold, no apology. there's a woman that occasionally answers the phone that is always really friendly, helpful and polite, but the guy running the place that usually takes orders is literally the rudest, most unpleasant person i've ever encountered in the service industry. It's actually impressive how he manages to come across like such a huge a*****e over such a short phone call. can't even imagine what it must be like working for the guy. trust the numerous identical bad reviews and avoid!

I'm giving only one star as when I called them to place an order the guy asked me to wait 2 minutes, over 6 minutes I waited on him while he spoke to customers and messed about in the background and then hung up on me. This is not the first time this has happened, he has done it many times before. He once kept me on the line for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. The only reason I kept going back was because the food is at least half decent but this time I have peaked my limit of how many times this happens to me. I'll just be taking my custom elsewhere as there are plenty of other good Chinese takeaways like Andy's and Li Hao (previously known as Chan's.)

Ordering from a hotel room late at night, the sweet and sour arrived sizzling hot and fresh! Even more so than if you would have ordered and dine in from any restaurant. It is so unbelievably quick, that meanwhile, I have already long finished the big lovely meal and in the process of writing this review, whereas I literally just received the SMS text from Just Eat system saying that "my order is en-route". This lightning speed amuses me as after reading the previous reviews, I expected the delivery to arrive an hour late.. It is simply NOT TRUE! Either the restaurant has improved their delivery system or Just Eat has boosted their logistics. Perhaps, one should play common sense and expect a longer wait in peak hours for a little joint?

I visited because the food is Halal, i ordered my food over the counter and waited around 15mins for my order... And it was amazing, the duck was on point the chicken balls were large and tasty, chow mein was fresh and the special fried rice was expensive but worth it as it was packed full of king prawns, chicken etc;

they even gave us free spring rolls and curry sauce... its a shame i live near london othewise i would get this once a week... it seems most people moan about the wait on over the phone orders but if you just jump in the car and order it face to face you might get a better/faster service...

 10/10 best chinese i have had since the 90s
