Yvonne and Mikes classes cover a wide range of yoga mindfulness and meditation. They are both wonderful people who guide you through their classes making sure you are comfortable and at ease, encouraging you to try a little more to excel in your own achievements. Both friendly and relaxing if you want to try a class I fully recommend you visit Yvonne and Mike at Leigh Yoga. Thank you both for the last 9 years.
My wife Isabelle and I have been attending Yvonne's traditional yoga classes for 6 years and we have always found them friendly and relaxing. Complete beginners are made very welcome and there are always more challenging options for those with more experience. The peaceful setting is just what you need after a busy day.
