We went to Route 3 today for the first time and was very happy with our choice. We both had the Fish and chips and it was delicious. We met the owner and had a very nice conversation with him while waiting for our food. A very personable young man who made us feel comfortable and welcome. I have to say it is our new favorite place to go!!
Checked online for restaurants in this area and this came up. Totally agree with the outside being less than great but going inside was a different story. Everything was stellar from the service and especially the food. I ad the special chicken wrap and Caesar salad. Amazing. My bf had the Philly cheesesteak and salad and he was also very pleased.
One of the best meals we've had in a long time. I had the burger and my husband had the liver and onions. Very reasonable pricing and great staff . Highly reccomend.Food: 5/5
Cold temperature inside, ordered poutine with pulled pork sandwich which had 3 times more coleslaw than pulled pork on top of menu clearly states curd cheese and only received shredded cheese to which waitress didn’t mention was “just changed” yet never mentioned while I ordered. Poorly written due too shivering!!
food was amazing. very large portions. there was a bit of a wait for the food but worth it if you have the time. glow bowling was very cool.
I appreciate that a small independent place like this in a small town, no less makes their own vegetarian burger! However, it’s falafel based, and always raw and mushy on the inside. So while I commend the attempt, I wish the execution was just a touch more thought out. Kudos for trying, though! Most places take the east way out and buy a pre made Cysco variety and wash their hands of the entire thing. Every time we come to the cellar we get good service, homemade food and cold drinks. My non-vegetarian counterparts tell me the regular burger and clams are deelish, among other menu items. I do love that they make real food :
This place is a true treasure. The food, the service and the atmosphere are all phenomenal. Blake and his staff have done amazing things with this place.Food: 5/5
A nice hidden gem... Philly cheese steak was great; nice fluffy bun really made the meal. Poutine was flavourful and perfect portion size. Boyfriend had fish and chips. Happy with the taste and portion size. Very friendly server. Will come back if we're ever in the area.
So good. Food was amazing. Such flavor. Staff was great too. Don't let the entry way fool you. We can't wait to go back. Vegetarian options: They don't specify say much on the menu but we asked and they easily accommodate and have Gluten free options Parking: Ample parking
Great portions, food came extremely tasty, service was really friendly and helpful. Bowling was also super fun. Would definitely recommend and come again.
