Dropped in for family meal. Really enjoyed our lunch. Simple but good and well prepared by chef. Not as quaint as I had hoped but lovely location. Good value.

Have been here for 4 nights and I have really enjoyed being here. Good food, hosts and ambience. A lovely example of an old Inn. Superbly kept real ale by the way.

Delicious food and a lovely varied menu. I had the special which was chicken curry and it was just right. Tasty and not too spicy. The Steak and ale pie got the thumbs up too. Lovely staff and a nice cosy feel to the place. 🙋

Great all round. Good food, well prepared, well delivered. Menu wide enough to suit everyone and small enough to be of good, fresh quality. Service at bar and at table friendly, attentive and efficient. Our experience was excellent.

A local pub, for local people. Not in a good way. Unwelcoming, and a blaring TV in the corner. Try elsewhere
