Brilliant old school music bar ..with live bands on most nights. Excellent atmosphere. All ages. Definitely worth a visit.
Spacious, chill, variety of drinks available, recommended
A fabulous place, was made very welcome by staff and punters. Good beer, good prices and a great atmosphere... The live bands were awesome, black olive / fat spaniels this is a shining example of how pubs should be. Thank you for a boss week .. Can't wait for my ship to be back in Hull
Have been on a night as it has good rock bands on. Very loud but good atmosphere. Nice staff and also have s function room upstairs for parties. Spacious and gets busy.
Not been in there for a few years now but even though it was fairly quiet we really enjoyed it ,the Band were very good as well ,we will return great night !
Very friendly great atmosphere
Great little local pub . Bar staff friendly.Quiet on the Tuesday night I went in but IV seen it busier when the bands are in . Pint of Blackcurrant and lemonade £2.40 so quiet dear considering I had one at a sproatley pub at £2. Earlier in the night .

Typical working man's pub, during the week it's populated with local workers, on an evening wagon drivers, dart & pool teams often frequent. But Friday and Saturday evening the pub bounces to the sound of live bands, and it's always free to get in. A good choice of drinks always available over the bar, quite often served by a lovely blonde called Jan, who welcomes everyone !! They have now started to do food.
