A wonderful pub experience!nThis pub is warm, spacious, and welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor seating that feels cozy yet open. The outdoor area is especially charming, with a lovely countryside vibe and blooming flowers all around.nnAs for the food – absolutely top notch! I had the steak and fries, cooked perfectly rare just the way I like it. Delicious and satisfying.nnBut what I appreciated the most was the atmosphere: relaxed, not too noisy, and with plenty of space between tables. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and enjoy your meal in peace. Highly recommended!
Service was great and the staff were very attentive. We have come here every Easter and it usually always goes down well but today we found that the prices have stayed the same but portions have decreased. The food was pretty tasty but came out quite cold, the extra gravy we got helped to make the food hotter.nnOverall it was okay but not to the same standard it has been in the past. The lemon merigne pie was okay but had changed since last ordered it and its not as good as before.
This Restaurant is an absolute treat. As a vegetarian, I often find pasta dishes quite bland, but the mushroom linguine here was nothing short of extraordinary. My companions were equally delighted with their meals Ribeye Steak & Haddock.nnThe staff elevated the experience by being attentive, genuine and friendly, they anticipated our needs, ensuring every request was met with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.nnEvery aspect of the evening—food, service, and atmosphere—was flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend The Bull on Bell Street to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, eager to explore more of their fantastic menu.
Just visited for a quick drink on friends recommendation. We weren't disappointed. Have previously visited another in the chain and both had a wide menu and great choice of drinks.
First visit to The Bull on Bell St. Nice place and interesting menu. I decided on the smoked Haddock and prawn cakes, no mention of potato on the menu but sadly that's what they were, very little fish content so very dry, an additional poached egg may have helped but really lacking the main event prawn and Haddock. My partner's spicy pizza was very very nice though nnThank you for the reply . I am aware that fishcakes do contain potatoe but the issue was the lack of fish which sadly you do not mention.
