Story

The Practice opened its doors in 1992 under the ownership of Susan Carter in a converted and extended bungalow which has been on the property since the mid 1950's. The practice grew into a busy first opinion small animal practice and after thirteen years as practice principal Susan sold the practice to Matthew and Joanne Harrison in January 2005. Under the current ownership the practice has been further extended and during 2008 the practice was fully modernised to provide state of the art facilities and equipment whilst aiming to provide a friendly and professional service to every client who walks through the door.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Brook Veterinary Surgery for all the care and kindness provided to me and my family during the difficult time saying goodbye to our beloved dog Toby. You all made a heartbreaking time a bit easier and I'll always be grateful. We'll be back as soon as we are strong enough to get a new fur baby ‍

Really happy we have changed for a very popular vet clinic to The Brook. Our pets are finally well looked after and I don't have to be worry when we have to go for the vet visits. It is no longer a torture. Ladies at the clinic are very helpful and professional.

The Brook Veterinary provide great care for our two dogs Sam and Ruby. Jo and all the reception staff and nurses care about the animals they see and are friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they are an independent practice too.

Good vets, not been using for very long however seem to be looking after the kitten well. Nice friendly staff and great service.

Excellent service as always, got me seen within an hour of calling for my sick dog. Staff are always very thorough & friendly and they explain everything to you. I'm very happy with our choice of vets.

We have a reactive great Dane and not the easiest to treat. Jo is so patient with him and all the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended for all your pets needs.
