INSURANCE SCAM! Had my dog examined at my local VET and was referred here. Making an insurance claim for both visits - forget it!  This surgery WILL NOT ALLOW IT!! WTFudge! This is my DOG, my insurance policy, MY MONEY!!! Not only paid for the excess but also couldn't claim for the first visit. Beware if being referred here. Their internal policies need to change for me to reconsider using them again.

Very upset to ring up at 10pm to get a garbled message to find that Fraser's no longer look after peoples animals at night, asking us to drive 30 mins to Woodstock... Apparently the practice is now owed by the large Medivet chain, surely clients should have been informed of this change??

Great service, he managed to recover our cats eye after the madam got into a scrap, rather than have it removed as was initially recommend by our local vet. Took several visits but the surgery he performed to save her eye was great.
