Such a joy to meet Keri and spend a couple of hours with her. She is such an incredible women who loves what she does and will do all she can to nurture you and look after you! I went to her even though I felt I had already chosen my dress. I didn't regret it one second. Keri has shown me other dresses to help me with my decision, she made me feel very at ease and she took the time to get to know me, around a cup of tea and some biscuits. Such a lovely time spent together that I'm so grateful for! By the way if you're looking for a dress, please go as you'll find a range of very different styles and a range if prices also! The shop is so lovely. And you'll be looked after all the way through.

This shop is lovely, I was listened to for what I was thinking for but also added suggestions for different styles.  Lots of choice & while I didn't find my dress there, there was one which was very close. Highly recommend all brides to pay a visit.

The Bridal Room has a beautiful selection of gowns and the most helpful owners. I was really nervous for my first bridal appointment but the ladies really put me at ease and offered a lot of expert advice and support. They were absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault them in the slightest. Absolutely fantastic experience.

They are not lying when they say you go in as a stranger and leave as a friend. I had the most amazing time with the girls. They dresses are sooo gorgeous! Keri and her mom did everything to make me feel like a princess. 100% recommended !!

Myself and my sister had a wonderful experience here Les and her granddaughter were so welcoming. They made us feel so comfortable, nice selection of dresses going back for a second try on soon x
