Just had my consultation for replacement lens surgery and was seen by phoebe who was amazing. She made me feel relaxed and was very thorough. I was also seen by Colin who was again very thorough and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed with the service
I recently attended the branch in Liverpool One for a consultation about lens replacement. Unfortunately I'm not suitable for this procedure but I must say the staff were wonderful,very friendly and professional. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
Terrible, costly and unprofessional.Having been advised that I needed cataract lens replacement surgery, and looking online, I was amazingly contacted by Optical Express after clicking on their website. After a short telephone conversation I was quoted £7990 for the surgery. I was then offered a consultation in Liverpool and a surgery date of Easter Monday for the surgery. Obviously, living on the Isle of Man, air travel and hotels have to be sourced. Having attended the Liverpool consultation, which went well, I returned to the IoM, booked the Easter break of work and awaited the telephone consultation with the ophthalmic consultant Mr Desai. This consultation was meant to be on the 4th April but never occurred, I then received a phone call stating that my surgery was cancelled. However I was asked if I would like to meet the consultant anyway. Do these idiots not realise that the IoM is in the Irish Sea, if I want to speak to a consultant I can do it here. What I naively expected was the surgery to be carried out as Optical Express had arranged,not to be cancelled 3 days before scheduled. This whole sorry saga has cost me £1000 plus. What an incredibly amateur organisation.
I went to the Optical Express in Liverpool One and I was helped by Phoebe. She was absolutely lovely the entire time. I felt very at ease and everything was thoroughly explained to me. I don’t usually leave reviews for anywhere but I felt the need for this! Great customer service all round!
Absolutely amazing. Laser eye surgery is life changing and the best thing I’ve ever done. Optical express were fantastic throughout.
Phoebe was just incredible! Made me feel so at ease at the consultation couldn’t fault her customer service she went above and beyond.
The lady in the Liverpool One store Not sure of her name but she knows who she is went out of her way to try get me the best deal on a new pair of frames. She couldn't be any more helpful and made the whole experience a breeze.
My husband doug had treatment here and the gent Kevin helped/advised every step of the way. He was so wonderful and amazing,even gave is additional eye drops for when we go away. Nothing was too much for him. Kevin is an absolute delight and the advice he gave meant alot.
Absolutely life changing! Staff so friendly, knowledgeable and comforting! Everything was fully explained feom start to finish and the surgery team were amazing as its quite an overwhelming experience
Fabulous service as usual. Great range of NHS glasses. Very impressed with them. Would highly recommend.
