Cannot recommend Babylicious highly enough! I ordered my stunning Dubatti One pram from them earlier in the year and have picked it up today. From start to finish, the process has been hassle free, smooth and made so enjoyable thanks to Ian and Joan! Down to earth local family business they are so friendly and polite.They go out of their way to help and advise you and find whats best for your needs within your budget .They stock a very vast range of products and if they dont stock an item can still help u to source it.. highly recommend their excellent customer service. Absolutely fantastic service from Ian and his mum, best customer service from any baby shop I went to. Got the pram and car seat we were looking for at the best price and when it turned out that our baby was going to be arriving before he should have been Ian went over and above to make sure we got everything from the manufacturer within days. Thank you x

We could have bought our travel system from anywhere, but we chose to buy it here because of the excellent customer service we received when we went in to try it out. Ian was really helpful and knowledgeable, he really took the time to explain the system to us and let us take our time testing it out. Ordering was a breeze too, and we were able to get everything delivered to the store which made life easier - would definitely recommend this store if you're local and want to support local business.

Ian was so helpful when I went in to buy my travel system (didn't have a clue what I wanted!). After an hour or so of showing me loads of different options and explaining the pros and cons of each I made my choice and placed my order getting an excellent deal!! Couldn't have been happier. Unfortunately, a month or so after my little boy arrived I noticed a fault on my pram. I got in touch with Ian on Facebook and within a week I had the faulty part of the pram replaced. I would definitely recommend babylicious if you are looking for a professional, friendly and efficient service.
