A great country pub in Cosheston village. We serve proper pub food and great ales in a traditional environment. We welcome families and well behaved dogs.

Story

Open for lunch Tuesday to Saturday 12 till 2 and dinner 6 till 9. Sunday lunch is served 12 till 4. We cater for parties and celebrations up to 30 people.

Great service just been there with my partner and the staff and the food was amazing. We are here from Birmingham working and staying in the bed and breakfast called TY Merlin which is a great place to stay. The owners are so welcoming and the rooms are amazing. 100 per cent come again. Fantastic job guys x

Such a charming and truly beautiful place to have visited. The food was superb, the staff were fantastic [truly accommodating] and the locals [Phil] were about as friendly as one could possibly ask for. A stunning evening, which was really appreciated and especially so given my circumstances. To anyone passing, do drop in because it is a fabulous experience.

Wonderful village pub that serves fabulous food, ales and spirits. The hosts, John & Paul really do make you feel welcome and are well loved by all that go there and live in Cosheston. It is definitely one of our favourite go to places 😁

Not the best quality Sunday roast but for the price you can't complain. 
Very friendly staff. They gave our dogs some tasty treats!

They food was very good, simple and yummy. However the staff are who made the evening! Walked in without a reservation and was greeted by a staff member who said they were completely booked till 8 but we were welcome to wait the 2hours and that they would see if they could fit us in earlier got sat less than an hour later and the staff was incredibley gracious and friendly could recommend highly enough! But maybe make a reservation;)
