This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to...Never got Mcflurrys, the staff are always rude and pushy, management are an absolute waste of time, there's is no level of customer service at all at this particular branch. I quite often get left at the second window in the drive through with no member of staff even acknowledging that I'm there! Food is always just warm and occasionally tastes warmed up!! Avoid this restaurant...have contacted McDonald's customer services previously and have been told they'd pass the message on to the franchisee and he'd contact me back but he never replies! Rude ignorant and a waste of time.

A lot better than the Haverfordwest McDonald's. Recent refurbishment looks class. Both food and staff were nice enough but gets very busy.

Easy to get in and easy to get out of. Ideal for a quick toilet break and coffee to see you through the rest of your journey

need to stop all these gangs of kids hanging around. it's not good for business. and should have security gards on the door. the kids just come in to look for trouble. needs to be sorted asap

Huge improvement since refurbishment, minimalist decor, app & screen ordering, table service etc. Still standard McD food though!
