Brilliant food and reasonably priced I had venison which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming we stayed on after our meal and sat in very comfy chairs under the real fig tree and had some cocktails and coffee. We ended up staying on much later than we had intended because of the nice atmosphere .

Just changed owners, this established city centre bar/restaurant was a great meeting place for small groups and couples. Decent menu but limited choice but this may change. Great decor with large tree growing right in the centre of the bar. Normally quiet so good for a chat when town is busy. Cold bar in winter tho.

A fine restaurant the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cuisine was excellent the ambiance of the dinning room was warm and homely. When I return to Aberdeen this will be a must for entertaining my friends.

Very slow service, 1:30 in when soup was served, staff not the friendliest food not that great and expensive,the best being the coffee.never to go back
