Just nice to see pubs open with honest prices. Good atmosphere friendly folks been coming here for a very long time wish the owner the best keep it real .
Part of the filming for 'Room At The Top' was shot in the Boy and Barrel in 1959, and at the side of the pub in James Gate.
It's OK. If you want a cheap pint, a bit of karaoke then this is your place. Its a no frills local pub. Staff are friendly enough and the lass that does the karaoke really nice she has a great voice too. She may even be the owner. All in all not a bad place. Just take some loo roll in your bag just in case .
Great bar now it all been done out great staff
Was a good pub but I think it's shutting down again
Decor not too bad for a Bradford city centre pub but the place stank like something had crawled in and died.
Great place lovely people to meet
One of Bradford's oldest and most famous pubs. Recently ref-furbished but not much has changed otherwise. Packed out with lads doing Karaoke. Busiest pub in town last night.
Always a great atmosphere .looks lovely now it's been done up and the place smells nice too
To quiet during afternoons piped music beers so so......shut down looks like for good in these trying times
