Riverside setting with outside area aswell as indoor seating in a traditional fish and chip restaurant. Takeaway and restaurant offering a good selection of dishes including non fish dishes. They had a sharing platter for 2 a a special, which we ordered but was very disappointed with portion size at a price of £13. Really only enough for one person! Service was slightly slow despite only two tables in the restaurant. Cod and chips were fresh and tasty. All in all, not too bad at all and would go again, if in the area. Parking area is tight and be careful exiting onto the road.

Just had Haddock, chips and mushy peas with a pot of tea, very small portion £20.05! Nothing wrong with the food just not enough of it, far too expensive. Had exactly the same in Whitby 4 days ago, much larger just as good and half the price. Parking: 6 free private parking places then it's on the road
My friend and I popped in to The Boundary this afternoon for a drink and cake. The staff were lovely and helpful and the cakes were gorgeous. We'll worth a visit and looking at what others were eating, the fish and chips are next on our list!!
I was told by a local, I'd get great fish and chips here.... So unfairly to them I turned up at just before 1pm on a Monday and ordered my food. Great chips and great value.Food: 5/5
Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Due to pandemic and them being so busy there was a little bit of a wait, but it wasn't a long one. We went about 6pm and they were already queued out the door. The fish and chips were so delicious that the small wait time was completely worth it. Will definitely be back again. Couldn't fault them at all.
Ordered 4 portions of fish and chips with some peas and curry sauce for 4 adults and a toddler.the food was great but there was far too much quantity.the quality was amazingFood: 5/5

Good quality, hot and freshly cooked fish and chips. Ordered through the Just Eat app twice during our visit to the area and both times food was ready on time.Recommended dishesRegular Chips, Cod
2 Haddocks were not cooked through. They were cold and watery inside. I presume they were cooked from frozen. Very disappointing as I have always considered this the best shop locally.Food: 1/5
