Ordered a mixed grill very disappointed. No marination on any of the meat the chicken was bland, the lamb undercooked / tough no flavour at all and chips over cooked or refried. Would not recommend.
i went in and was rushed to order then got home to find my tikka rap had what looked like to be flem or spit and also hair and a fair bit of it most likely because i responded to there rudeness so hope to see you soon
I have been a customer of this takeaway for over 10 years and I have never had such a terrible experience with them before. Considering the money I have spent in this establishment I am disgusted at their customer service. Our order turned up slightly late which is not a big deal, its a Friday night. However when it turned up the food was not even hot. My Curry and rice was in the same dish with the curry on top of the rice, this lead to the rice absorbing all the moisture from the curry and leaving a stodgy mess on top of the rice. There was also hardly half a portion of curry in the rice and curry dish, for £6 I would have expected more than 20 pence or rice which if you work it out cost me £3. A great idea would be to separate the rice and curry into their own smaller containers so they remain fresh until the customer can decide how they want to mix it. When I called to discuss the issue, I let them know I have been a customer for many years I was presented with an apology. Which was a good start, and then a offer of 10% off my next order. I can not believe the lack of care The Curry Hut has for their long term customers. We are the ones who order regularly and help keep your business afloat. 10% off an order. So what your saying is my inconvenience is worth only £1.60 to you and that to be honest you couldn't give a damn. What I expect is a sincere apology and the whole meal replacing, even throw in a bottle of coke to maintain our relationship and keep me coming back from more. I will be ordering elsewhere from here on in.
Waited 2 hours for delivery. no communication and no delivery. Will never order through food hub or curry hut again . Be aware as ruined my evening.
The Curry Hut has become our regular take away over the past few years. We have never been disappointed in any meal we have have had - it has also been delivered on time, every time. Great service, great food, great value for money - Very happy customers.
Ordered £40 worth of food: ordered a kebab with salad which had one slice of cucumber no tomato and highly lacked lettuce, also ordered a bunch of cheesy chips and normal chips which were cold and lacked in taste, ordered a Bombay potatoe curry which also highly lacked sauce and potatoes were rather hard and some tasted like they wasn’t cooked at all. Have ordered from here multiple times and have been highly disappointed has only been a few rare occasions where the food was enjoyable.

With a good hygiene rating of 0 I’m surprised anybody goes here anymore. Last order was shocking, cold, nearly 2 hours to arrive.
Ordered last Sunday got sent the wrong item was told would be over an hour an half to rectify so we opted for a refund even though it left someone without dinner. The refund never happened called again got told driver would bring it over and surprise surprose never happened. Being a regular customer I expected more but will no longer use this takeaway
I have ordered from this take away on two occasions and wow what incredible value for money! We trialled the set meal for two curry deal. The korma was divine beautifully creamy and the madras was full of flavour though almost too spicy for my personal taste the portions were more than generous and the food was delicious. Have found the customer service to be excellent as well I made my order online specifying a delivery time and the food was delivered to our door stop on a none contact basis due to the ongoing pandemic. Will be ordering from here again what wonderful value for money, food and service.
