It's a Wetherspoons pub. Nice ambience. Busy, but service at this one is generally very good.

Good selection of beers, but the bar staff are poor, they just can't work out who is next to be served, I am not just talking about busy times, it's all the time, and all the staff, it spoils what is otherwise a half decent pub

Decent food. Good range of drinks. Sports shown on TVs. Good day or night out across the board for all ages.

Shocking service ordered 3 large breakfast and on traditional . One large missing because waiting staff don't know how to read a receipt.. and not very apologetic about it as he wondered off round the pub collecting glasses instead of going straight to kitchen to sort it. Won't be coming again
