The waiter was pushy and a bit arrogant as we were to busy saying hi to each other! He was impatient to get our drink order I am not sure who was the most thirsty. Already made everyone aware of it also made all uneasy! The food was nothing spectacular my tandoori was especially big size and my partner rogan josh were more of a soup she hardly had any meat in her dish, to top up the evening we had a very loud party of eight behind! I know more of theirs stories, then my friends news for the past few months! My other male friend had also trouble hearing what was discussed at the table. So sorry to "the Bombay " we won't be coming back!

I have been here with colleagues twice in 12 months and both times i found the staff unfriendly ignorant and miserable and pretty much like they cant be bothererd, infact the atmosphere in there feels quite uneasy which for a resteraunt is obsurd. The food isnt bad but not the best and the walls are covered in splashed food and grease!. Needless to say i wont ever step foot in that place ever again. The 1 star is for the food.

Ordered takeaway, delivered £2 charge but no Onion Bhaji's. Rang and they apologised for it not being in the order and told me I could get 2 free ones when I come back in (would not be free as ALREADY PAID FOR!), i asked if the Bhaji's would be delivered again that night and got the reply "I'm not sure" then got hung up on. 2nd time this has happened! Will be going to get my Bhaji's out of principle! Will not be giving them my money again!

Big fan of this Indian restaurant. Really good food and I'd say it was the best quality in the Old Town. Regular visitors if Indian is our dinner of choice!
