We tried to order online via your website (now the only way to pay by card) but it is from 1998.  The navigation, 'shopping bag' and delivery address entry process is broken and unintuitive.  Have you guys used the internet or bought anything online before?  We've been loyal customers for years but now we're left with 'No shipping options for this location, package weight and total.'  What a complete disaster.  So sad to have to find another restaurant that isn't stuck with an anachronism for a website.

Love Surma food but can’t pay by card when calling the order in - ordering online is near impossible and iPhone app is advertised but not available ...

Website needs updated and ability to pay by card is necessary -  needless to say we went elsewhere (reluctantly) .

My one stop Bangladeshi food in Hertfordshire. Best takeaway as always lovely staff!! Always recommend!!

I wanted to take my time with this review, just like I wanted to take my time with the food that they prepared.  There are differing reviews for the restaurant but I can only base mine on what I found.  Firstly, the people are fantastic and very polite. I had ordered a meal for the family but needed to rush out on a family emergency.  I phoned the restaurant to cancel the order at short notice and there was no problem.  However after things had calmed down I phoned to see if it was possible to fulfill the order and, again, there was absolutely no problem at all.  When the food was delivered it was by a man in a shirt and tie for Pete's sake. Any restaurant that puts in so much effort deserves to be successful!  The food looked and tasted absolutely amazing.  The Pharll was as hot as promised and the flavors of the remaining dishes were fantastic!  Both my wife and I are very fussy about who prepares food for us but we will definitely be ordering from them again!

Charlotte Davis Last review  not genuine, they orders on Saturday night and we told her 1.30 (one hour and thirty minutes) minutes and our minimum delivery time is start from 50 minutes to 1.30 minutes on Saturday. that order only 15 minutes late, they took advantage by taking some discount and now writing bad reviews. which is not fare. things do go wrong sometime.
