We went into Favourite Chicken in Stevenage tonight, with a game in mind of ‘how many times can we say ‘no lettuce’ and they still put lettuce in the wrap?’ 4 was the answer. 4 times and a 15 minute wait later, still had lettuce. Just like every time we’ve been in the past. Lettuce have what we order next time

Went to get some food 40 mins before due to close and the place did not have anything that we wanted. We asked for 2 x spicy wing meals which they told us that they had one spicy meal. We then asked for to spicy chicken burger meals to which they informed us they had no chips. Now I'm no scientist but I know that chips take about 5 mins to cook. Staff are very rude and who's ever in charge should think about who they are employing. Absolute disgrace, got our food elsewhere. Would highly recommend to avoid like the plague!

The Chicken and the chips are good. Unfortunately its the second time I have paid for 3 chicken pieces and only received 2. Not good enough.

Delivery took over an hour. Food was cold chips were cold and tasteless. Charged me for the garlic sauce as well. Don't waste your money.

Allowed us to order and then after payment was taken and couldn't be refunded and was told they couldn't actually deliver to our location. absolute joke, would not recommend.
