Recently refurbished eatery which is lovely. Great staff, super touches to welcome walkers and their dogs as well as casual diners. Great quality food too in this fantastic addition to Sutton Park. Our waitress Ellie was particularly brilliant offering us rugs and a heater to keep off a Spring chill, which we declined.
Fantastic meal and wonderful with children. The surroundings are perfect and would highly recommend. X
I was walking in the park last night, and thought I would pop in to see what the new Boathouse is like, for future nights out with friends. I doubt i will return, as after ordering a large glass of white wine I was charged £15 !!!!! Totally gobsmacked!!!! The wine was nothing special, either.
Ideal place to rest after a morning walk. Sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee, looking out over the pool, and if you're lucky enough, as we were, to see a group of wild ponies grazing.
Great place to go and enjoy good food and drink in a lovely surrounding. Good service and the owners obviously are justified in being proud of what they have here. Can be busy at times but who can knock a place when it's this good, just wish I lived nearer so I can visit more often.
Had a fabulous lunch. Great service & friendly staff. VERY good value for lunch- best fish & chips!! Looking forward to our next visit!
