I had really great time. We started with some pizzas and beers and finished the evening with full of laughter. I laughed so much that my face hurts. Also huge thank you to the owner of the great community he has created, he is bloody funny.
Wow I regularly go to comedy but never have I gone to a comedy club where ALL the acts made me nearly die with laughter. I left with a firmer abs and my 4 pack was sore from all the laughing! Just wow. I will be back, again and again. I recommend you take anti sickness tablets or use anti sickness stickers if you get motion sickness. You are in the basement of the boat and I felt it moving at times. Left with a bit of a headache. But this won't stop me returning. This is my new favourite comedy club.
We had our first experience at the Comedy Boat in Battersea tonight, and we are absolutely thrilled! Living just 10 minutes away, we decided to check it out, and it exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the comedy was top-notch, with a fantastic lineup of talented comedians who had us cackling the entire night. The atmosphere on the boat added a unique and delightful touch to the evening. We’re already planning our next visit and can confidently say that the Comedy Boat will be our new local go-to spot for comedy. Highly recommended!
I went on a Friday night and the acts we saw were so funny, I feel like I laughed at every single joke. The line up I saw were all men which was fine because they were all very funny, but it would have been nice to have at least 1 woman on the line up, but that didn’t take away from the fun and laughs I had. The venue itself is amazing, you feel very extravagant while on board. It feels like a real treat but is very affordable. They even have a club below deck that you can go to after the show if you’re not quite ready to call it a night. It’s definitely worth a visit.
Amazing night, I liked the text you get confirming you’re coming from Ally. I replied asking if I could get a free drink for my girlfriend’s birthday, they put us on the front row and gave us a free drink and card from the whole crew! A lovely touch. Definitely recommend.
I have been to the comedy boat on board Tattershall Castle for many years now and have always had a great night. The comedy acts are top notch and the atmosphere is on point. The boat itself seems to have been recently renovated and has a class feel about it but the price remains low. I recommend booking a cheap hotel nearby and dancing the night away as the dj is class! Thanks for having us a the booth we sat in was a welcomed surprise!
Been to many comedy clubs in London this one was great! And good value for money. Other clubs can seem very claustrophobic in a basement, and people are crammed in like sardines, but this was different, with lots of legroom, and there was even some comfy sofa-style seating on the sides if your lucky enough to be allocated those seats. I was in a large group of 12 people we had to leave a security bond in cash which was returned to us on the night, just in case you have any idiots in your group that spoil the show, what was funny is I completely forgot all about it but a member of staff came to me at the end of show to return the cash a very nice touch. We actually had a booking for Xmas but because of the rail strikes most of my colleagues were unable to make it, Jack was very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule and push back to January. Jack provided excellent customer service and communication through emails and telephone calls day before, and a nice gesture coming over and introducing himself to us felt like a VIP treatment a personal touch. The 3 acts were very good each did a long sketch and the compare was great too, you got a 10 min break between acts also, and the location has to be the best on the river with the London eye and the city lights. Definitely recommend.
Great show on a boat! The Comedians were awesome. Definitely a different type of venue. It was an awesome night out while in London. Will definitely bring friends next time I’m in town.
Loved it. Lost my voice from laughing so much. Not wheelchair accessible but OK for someone with a walking stick or crutches. Beautiful views and the staff were brilliant
All acts where great, MC Tanya was super funny. For the price food was exceeded expectations. Service was friendly and they kindly gave me a complimentary processco and the comedians signed a card for my birthday. Definitely my sort of place!
