Had a lovely meal, horseshoe Gammon, mushrooms, tomato, salad , onion rings and chips , very well presented and friendly and attentive staff. Well worth a visit if you are in the area , my first visit and very impressed. Thank you all for a great evening.

A real country free house. The original building is quite small but a tasteful extension has been added.A wide menu,plus specials,takes it beyond normal pub food.Good choice of drinks.Benifits from a large car park and a winter fire makes it cosy. Excellent

Food is normally good, but the wait times can be extremely long.

Had a lovely meal but they had the fire lit and it was extremely warm in the room. All the windows were screwed shut and so we were not able to open any which make it very uncomfortable

Friendly welcome although not for dogs! Really wholesome and delicious homemade food and lots of choice. Lovely roaring wood burner and speedy service too. Really competitively priced and genuinely a great place to eat.
