Stopped here for lunch. Lots ofnChoice, dog welcome too, daughter had fish and chips, I had a salad and husbandnhad sandwich and chips. All looked and tasted amazing. And arrived promptly. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Had read previous negative reviews and no evidence of any issues, they were lovely today. Would definitely return.
Overlooking the marina just to the west end of the front at Campbeltown. Lovely outdoor seating area. Food was superb and staff friendly, as always. Had a drink in here the previous evening. Nice atmosphere and you can sit out till about ten.
Sadly for such a lovely looking place, with such great food, the staff here is behaving like it would be punishment for them to work at this place.nYesterday we were sent back and forth between the restaurant and pub, because they said the tables had reservations, and then still, we made it to eat two courses before the time given.nAnd today, after being assured that we could also eat in the pub, we were told that no food will be served, even though the restaurant was half empty - they didn't allow us to sit there, of course.nJust sad
Lovely pub with views out to the harbour. Food was lovely - recommend the royal salad hot smoked salmon. Helpful staff and gave us recommendations on the area. Would recommend.
It was a great day here in Campbeltown. We were hungry and we chose this place. The food was great except the onion rings. Just too much oily, I don’t like it.nThe lasagna was very tasty. The nachos also was great. I would say ok place.
