Can't fault this at all. Lots of tables inside, ordered a breakfast as I had just walked into town and it came quickly with a cup of filter coffee included in the price. Stornoway black pudding, tattie scone, good bacon, lots of toast ... overall it was pretty good all round.
Reading all the reviews here we had high expectations of a simple, tasty and quick breakfast. We ended up waiting for half an hour for 2 breakfasts. Busy time of day and not enough staff in the kitchen obviously. We were sat at a table near the kitchen listening to the clanging of cutlery and plates for half an hour. Food was ok but overall experience not enjoyable.
Great Breakfast, good coffee, filling and hit the spot after getting the ferry from Islay first thing. The Prices were also very reasonable and I'll be back to try a lunch item soon.
Best place to eat in Campbeltown! I had the most delicious fish & chips! The small portion was enough to fill me up for lunch! The service was superb, staff was wonderful, restaurant was really clean. This is definitely the gem at Campbeltown!
