Lovely food, but the service has been slow on both visits. The first visit the server forgot to put our order in to the kitchen so it took over 1 hour after ordering before we ate. Good food, but very slow service.

Fabulous Sunday lunch in this lovely pub. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming. Lovely open fire and cosy seating. Amazing roast beef.

Lovely location, good country vibe even with the proximity to London. Went for a Sunday roast which was above average but not exceptional. Staff were fantastic and efficient and the decor good.
