Stellar establishment. Lovingly selected Ales, Stouts and ciders. Only a precious few ever on tap... but a true dedication to beautiful brews. The barman is lovely and the decor is vintage, creepy, quirky and cool... edged with a grand darknes. It's a long thin bar and they have done such a great job with the space. There is a wood burning fire and you take a pew along the wall to watch the queue.
Lovely eccentric interior, 4 good cask beers, some ciders. Service was friendly.
Hard to tell why I love this place so much. Mike and team plus amazing locals. Legends, all of you. Much love. X
Great place for a quiet Pint. Extensive range of ciders. Tried the sated caramel, I was not disappointed. Toffee apple cider is next on my list!
Reminded me of a tiny version of the Chinese Pavilion pub in Lisbon. Huge array of collectables decorating the whole pub, micro brewery, gorgeous home made cordials. make sure you pop in here.
Very intriguing pub in Whitstable, very unique with some lovely decorating and lots of nice draughts. Definitely worth visiting.
Great bar. Clearly a labor of love on the part of the proprietor. I've never been served by anyone other than the main man and he is always very friendly and knowledgeable. All comers are made welcome within reason while this is definitely about all about the beer. The offer is a focused selection of local cask ales served direct from the tap - no messing. A good range of ciders as well. Gins, wine one red, one white, one sparkler.. that's all are available too. For non-alcoholic types there are excellent cordials and juices as well. In conclusion an excellent place for a quiet pint - even with people that don't rate beer or cider.
Great little micro pub with interesting beers and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
Fabulous micro pub. Love the décor, love the way they're always playing classic hard rock, love the beer!
A very nice venue great atmosphere a nice pub of yesterday year. Lovely selection of beers and ciders to.. Very friendly staff a real pleasure to drink here. Cozey atmosphere with a wood burning stove. Lovely and warm on very cold January day.
