I ate a delicious meal of fried fish, steamed veg and rice n peas. Great sized portion for only £9. Really friendly service, would definitely go again.
Good food for a good price . Lovely man behind the counter . My favourite item from here so far is the peppersteak and rice peas . Big tasty portions . I will be going back to explore the menu in future. Recommend for sure. حلال
Oxtail, curry goat, rice and peas, the patties, coleslaw! All of it bangs!!! Accessibility wise I recommend takeaway.. the food is alway stellar and I really appreciate the family feeling that permeates through the restaurant. Give big taste a big go!Food: 5/5

The best! Honestly can’t recommend this enough. Everything is so tasty and even delivered it’s always warm : eaten here a few times and gets better every-time. Best Caribbean in the area for sure :
Hi everyone please becareful when your placing You're Orders though uber eats there theft my food by Canceling my order there Excuse was the food damaged How? It was a very distressing Experience I am really scared to order again am very disappointed in the service the head of The big taste Brixton needs to really look in to this as urgent I always order from work it's Embarrassing I had no lunch today I will be taking this as high I can take it .driver service need to improve Just what to make it clear there food is amazing its just the drivers .
The Asian women at the front is not welcoming at all. I came in said hi was ignored. She carried on doing what she was doing. Came to be after 6 minutes. She needs customer service training or someone replace her at the front because you at the front to take orders and give somewhat a good experience in your shop especially if when I was a new customer. I told her I wanted my cakes extra warm, she didn’t even warm it up at all. How disrespectful! I would give a 0 star if I could avoid this place guys!
Ordered because I read reviews on Deliveroo and on Google. However, I felt that my food did not live up to the reviews and expectations I had. Good sized portions, however food has excess oil in it which ruined it for me. Some items were ok such as Mac and cheese and patty and cocoa bread and peppered steak. Curry Goat and oxtail had too much oil.
Really pleased I tried this place today after it was recommended to me. Staff are polite and plenty of choices on the menu. Affordable and good quality food. Definitely hope to return.
Lovely place one of the best ive tasted only complaint is closes too early and not open on a Sunday, im sitting here craving a dish
