I have been coming here for a few years now & always had excellent food and service. I do a 16 mile round trip to get what was the best fish & chips for miles.nI came over on Friday evening & was so so disappointed, it was organised chaos. The young staff hadn't got a clue! The food has seriously gone down hill too. I will have to find somewhere else to enjoy my fish & chips. It's such a shame.
Really pleasantly surprised. Super easy to preorder on the app - and the food was ready and waiting when I arrived. Reasonable portion sizes I mean, who doesn’t hope for a few more chips but great value for money. Fish was well cooked and very tasty. Would recommend and go again!
Food is always very good, fish fryer gent is pleasant.nFront of house customer service however is a different story...nIgnorant and as much personality as a brick!nMaybe some customer service training!nBeen coming here for years since it first opened when it had a restaurant that is now a coffee shop.

Absolutely astounding quality. By far the best fish and chips we had. Tried on a whim on the way home and absolutely glad we did now. Very nice decor, service, and atmosphere. Very nice friendly staff. Food was exceptional, amazing value. Huge portions and the fish and chips were perfection. The fish batter was completely light and crispy, not greasy at all. Delicious fish and chips. Chips were fluffy and perfectly cooked.nWould gladly eat here without hesitation. Thanks so much. Really made our day. Excellent prices too. 3 of us ate in £23 with drinks and could barely finish too. By far the best value ever.
