Hosted our daughter’s 4th birthday party at this venue and was not disappointed. We choose the exclusive hire which was great as it was just our party in the venue. The party food selection for the children was excellent and the mock-tails were a lovely touch. All staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The venue is clean and well kept. Thank you
Great fun for the kids. Clean and well run. Staff are all polite and friendly. We've been visiting for a few years and the only bad point to note is that they've always suffered a lack of balls - it's time to get those ball pools filled up properly! The food here is well above what you expect from a soft play centre, always fresh and well cooked, with a good choice of adult and kids meals.
Lovely and clean venue, staff are very polite too! Ideal place for kids to burn off some energy whilst having fun! A small criticism is my grandson is only one..... the toys in the toddler area are not enough to keep him interested for long, and as a nana getting into the area where the small slide is can be quite challenging! I think this could be rectified with another toddler area with a ball pit, a slide and soft play items.
It always seems much quieter than the other nearby Mansfield indoor play centres. The staff is friendly, food is good and coffee is great. It's bright and airy. Probably my favourite indoor play centre. Parking can be a problem some times especially at work time as nearby offices have high parking demand including on street parking so be prepared. The have 5 star food hygiene so all thumbs up.
Had my son's party at Ollie's and the facilities and staff were fantastic, they even opened in the bad snow with a full complement of staff. The party food was great with plenty to go around, I recommend the hot and cold food option with unlimited juice for the kids whilst playing and eating. The play centre is secure and they make sure it doesn't get over crowded and on hand immediate should a child get injured. The food and drink prices are reasonable and seem fresh with butchers quality meat served. The centre has free WiFi and a home corner as well as sofa seating you couldn't ask for more. To summarise it's great for parties or a quick visit you won't be disappointed with either.
Tucked away behind Tescos in Ollerton, Ollie's is a decent indoor play area, suitable for ages 3-13 with a baby area. Reasonably priced for visits or parties, with a dedicated party room - but only really large enough for about 15 kids - any more and really need to book the whole place they do exclusive bookings. So it's good for kids - not so for adults... very tightly packed seating, nasty coffee and overly sweet hot chocolate so order tea! and seemingly no parking although there is a small unlabelled car park around the back you can use - go past the entrance, turn left, then first left.
Clean and friendly place for families. Would be great if they had an annual pass as we go regularly but as my son is only 16 months sometimes we only go for 30 minutes or a hour. Staff are friendly and food is good.
My son loved this play centre when it first opened but we recently visited and it has gone down hill. On the surface it still looks like a good venue but there are far to many tables now that create a cramped, lack of personal space environment we had other people’s children climbing over our laps to get to their parents because there wasn’t routes through, also my son had his drink taken off the table by other children numerous times. Over priced compared to other play centres in the area. Particularly baby toys could do with being cleaned or being replaced. Staff helpful except one person with an attitude problem. We won’t be returning unfortunatley.
Food is ace. Play area really is amazing for the children but the toys are black with dirt. Toilets also a bit grim. Doesn't stop me from going as we love it and have fun but I think it just needs a good scrub!!
