Fantastic looking pub in a great location. The beer garden is huge with plenty of seating (perfect for the busy summer months) and there’s a great selection of drinks on offer. Unfortunately the food is a different story and while it can be absolutely fantastic, there are times where it’s anything but. The portions tend to be on the small side also - especially with the roast dinners. A great shame but hopefully both points will be addressed by the management team.

The place has been redone and is now beautiful. The food was good and the menu has many choices to suit even the fussy eaters (like me). The staff were nice and polite and helpful. Overall, excellent. Will be back.

Lovely cosy meal as it was raining. Very nice food, couldn't fault anything. Very pleasant staff too. Can't wait to go back

Used to be lovely before the renovations. Sadly it seems they had to turn this into profit and has gone downhill a lot recently. Looks lovely. Service is friendly but slow. Wouldn't touch the pizza with a barge pole again however... the one I had looked like it had been bathed in oil and tasted like it.

Very friendly welcoming staff, and very talented chef team. I went there for breakfast today and had the avocado and smoked salmon with poached eggs on sourdough and it was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend it and will be back soon for sure.
