Nice bright room, stain on bed valance! Food was above average. All in all a pleasant stay. But a bit more attention to detail by cleaners please.

Worst afternoon tea ever, have has many wonderful afternoon tea's but this was the worst ever. The cake's were conjealed, the sandwiches were awful. No atmosphere at all. The scones were cheap supermarket one's that were really dry, had to ask for jam to go with them and was given breakfast marmalade, honey and jam. The cake's were not made there as I have bought these frozen from a cash and carry. The cake's are usually fine but these had been defrosted and left out for some time as you could see the filling had conjealed. We attempted to eat but was so awful we left majority of it. Only good thing was the Prosseco.

Meeting for Funeral - we met friends and family in the lobby waiting for the funeral car. The hotel appeared clean and tidy. I would consider staying here in future.
