To start with the room has a door to the next one (for family's) but in my side there is a big hole. The bed has what looks and feels like a big snake is sleeping in it down the middle. Showers are nice and hot. Breakfast comprised of a choice of instant noodles with raw veg to go with it. Or full English with roasted vegetables including sweat potatoes and butternut squash ( very strange) while eating breakfast you can enjoy views of large men diving into the swimming pool that has clear windows facing the dining room.

Easy to find and easy to park. We attended the Tropical a 80s Night and it was brilliant. The hall was a good size and the toilets were clean. Bar area was a bit small and queueing was a bit manic but a good night other than that.

I attended a function at this hotel in Harlow on the 28th October and I would never go there again. The food was awful and I have had better microwave meals. Their prices for drinks are exorbitant and in particular £19.00 for a bottle of wine you could buy for about £5.00. The venue itself was dull and needs to be improved. The rooms were acceptable but if you have to go take sandwiches !

Wasn't impressed with this hotel. Over charged me. My friends paid 85 whilst i paid 135 for same shabby facilities. Messed up room service. Breakfast poor. Not enough desk staff. And no one on reception to answer phone. Should only go for a conference if you really have too. Sorry about the reference as i am not a moaner but could not find anything good to say about this place at all.

Good service at the desk,room was very clean and tidy,1 of the better hotels ive stayed at.bar was not bad priced food was good too,swimming pool here
