Cannot fault the hotel staff, we made a booking on behalf of my dad who has disabilities and struggles to communicate. The staff were brilliant with him and understanding. He tells me the rooms were clean and the room was perfect for his needs.
Great hotel, quiet and clean. Staff are very helpful and the included breakfast is great. Parking is £7 a night May 2024. If the small hotel car park is full you can use the multi storey very close by, no difference in walking time between the hotel car park and the multistorey. It's the same price which ever you choose. You can pay for it at reception
Car Park and reception. The employee working in the reception does not do there job properly and for that reason you might get extra FINE for the car park, as they might take the parking charges and later on they will forget to update it on there system and which end up you paying 7tims more parking fines. Later on being contacted for the refund of the parking fine they are asking why we paid the parking tickets and they are not going to refund as we already paid and that means we accepted our fault. There response is very weird and the General manager of the company never sort out problem and always on vacation so that he does not need to pay it back to us. They will take your money and not do there job rather they will blame you for paying the parking charges early. I have been contacting them over 2months to get a refund and they are not at all responding.nn!!! Do not stay in this hotel as they will over charge you for parking cars!!! Very poor services. Not at all recommended.nnMELWIN is the general manager who is really rude and very bad and was very loud with his voice. And he needs to learn how to deal with the customer. He have not got the etiquettes to deal with its customer.nnNever ever gone a stay in this worst hotel. Not recommended at all.
Given as a three star basic hotel really.nnArrival check in nice and quick and friendly, room nice and spacious and clean. Didn't have a bath which ruins a stay for me personally as I like a choice, rather than one option. Shower have to admit was nice and refreshing to use, even if I stayed in it for 30 minutes to an hour.nnThe food I feel is a little on the possible pre packaged side, I wanted custard with my cake and was told it doesn't come with it, so don't understand why when surely the guests should be allowed to have their cake and eat it as they see fit??nnWell it was an extra charge for custard but who cares. Company paying the 50p charge in the allowance..nnWell the TV looks de restricted on the volume. That's a good thing. Means I can hear it from a distance without disturbing others. As for the bed... I. feel like I've woken up from death on a slab at the morgue... Its so hard as a mattress and has no spring to it so didn't get the best night's sleep in all honesty.nnFor my experience three stars is worth it. Didn't quite nail it for me, but wasn't the worst experience of a hotel for me either.
I stayed here when it was new and was surprised to see that it was still I good nik. The parking cost £7 and was a surprise to see on my bill. The view from our room allowed us to see the only beautiful sunrise for that rainy week. It was incredible to awaken to!nnMy only complaint was the bagged breakfast. The fruit were not worthy for human consumption, and the crescent was old, over-cooked, and there was no liquid to choke it down with. That was disappointing.nOverall, the stay wasn't bad, but not the best.
