Good food! OK service. Waiting staff are young and not always on the ball. However, it is a nice pub. Dogs are welcome in the bar area or outside.

This used to be our favourite place. Recently though we're not so sure. Some of the front of house staff have changed and the replacements lack the personality required for this tough job. The food has also changed. Bigger portions but quality greatly reduced. This is reflected in empty seats on Sunday lunch times.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Beckford Arms. A very well deserved reputation for food, service and atmosphere. Stayed overnight for out first wedding anniversary and was given complimentary champagne. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and am very grateful for the warm and friendly service we have received every time. Definitely on my top ten list, maybe even top of my top ten list

Great food, lovely place, helpful staff and a good welcome for our Border Terrier. The tap water tastes cool as a cucumber! Worth the drive in from the A303. We have been coming here for years and always really look forward to our visit.

Possibly the best pub Sunday lunch I've ever had. Good food, good service, great location.
