Astonishing no one has taken on this hotel, given its excellent location, and the valuable adjacent properties. Oh well
The room was lovely and the complimentary breakfast seemed to be on par with the others offered in the area. Very quiet though we felt it a bit strange that the pub itself wasn't open on a Sunday. Other than that good experience very friendly staff.
We enjoyed a lovely 2 night break in Tisbury, staying at the great South Western. Had a excellent room, and a fantastic breakfast with delicious local producer. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming too - highly recommended.
Lovely old building, looks like it's been recently renovated. They only had doombar ale wise but it was a fine pint. Very friendly bar lady.
One Night Stay Saturday I Malcolm Reading booked and paid cash for a twin room with Breakfast x 2 was told the time 8.30 to 9.30 got up nothing going on in the kitchen when back to the room for an hour went back down @ 9.30 nothing going on again was went home , I would like a refund please for the cost of the Breakfast x 2............Regards Malcom
Had an excellent roast dinner all at a reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back again. Friendly staff.
