A posh, quaint restaurant tucked close to the beach in Ayr. The restaurant has a limited menu but they’re great at what they do.nnThey’re very good with their service to make sure you’re tended too. The wait time on the food is not too long either.nnFor starters I had the Korean spicy chicken which was great. For the mains I had fish and chips. The fish was done well, crisp and the meat succulent. With. Side of mashed peas. It was also served on a hot plate.nnThe dessert section could use a lot more options. However I made a special request and asked for a piece of brownie with vanilla ice cream on the side drizzled with chocolate sauce. I shall add a picture but I’d like the reader to know that the picture does not do justice to how heavenly the ice cream and brownie tasted together.nnI’d like to thank the chefs, the support Staff and Sam for the evening.nnKeep up the great work. Will most certainly visit again everytimenI’m in Ayr.
Came here for the Valentine's Day special menu with my partner - 5 courses and a glass of prosecco for £27.95 per person, which in the current climate I thought was incredible value. Each course was fantastic and it was the best service I've experienced for a long time. It really felt like a special occasion with high quality foods and the staff had really gone out their way to create a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. We also had the Valentine's cocktails which were a nice touch too. A really wonderful evening, and I am so glad we chose to dine at our local.
We had a lovely meal here in June whilst visiting the area on holiday. We turned up and they could just about fit the 2 of us in. Ample free parking. Quite expensive but well worth it as a treat. Staff were lovely but it was so busy there was no one available for us to ask for the bill but we were able to go up to the till to pay without too much more of a wait. Very recommended for a special occasion. Would recommend pre-booking.
Family meal, excellent service from staff. The food was ok, but two of our meals had to go back to the kitchen as not what was requested. This was promptly rectified. Really busy place
A locally eatery, we’ve had many meals here, both with family, friends and as a couple. The food is usually excellent and atmosphere is good. Has a variety of different parts to it, and has recently had an upgrade with a new section being built.nnHas a cracking fire place, a modern function sweet, an outdoor beer garden, a large children's play area.nnHas a variety of deals and worth checking Facebook etc for up to date offers.nnThey cater for family functions and can tailor fixed menu’s for your needs, accommodating and reasonable.nnAmple parking is available onsite.
