Maria took our team through a class on how to cook Kanelstangen spelling?. She was super engaging, professional and fun throughout the whole process - would really recommend it!
Today I did a course with Maria on bagels, rye bread and apple cake. She was superb at explaining and I learnt lots of top tips as well and coming away with delicious goodies to eat. Fabulous Tish
Loved this class! It was so easy to coordinate with Maria for a holiday baking session with some colleagues. Everything was so smooth and fun! We even got mulled wine and waffles : Would highly recommend, it's an awesome time!

I took Maria's Introduction to Cake class and liked it so much I signed up for several more classes. I've now done three classes with Maria and they've all been fabulous - really fun, really well-organized, and all with delicious-tasting treats to bring home at the end. Highly recommended!
