Hands down the best place in town for breakfast and lunch, or to just sit and have a coffee and work. Their coffees are really awesome (locally roasted by Sacred Grounds), their food is really tasty, freshly cooked, with good options from healthy food to burgers. The new location is amazing, nearly has a Viennese cafe house feel to it (but with much friendlier waiters). Oh and have I mentioned the cakes yet...delicious....on weekends when it is really busy, you might have to wait a little for your food but then its just £1 for a coffee refill. Highly recommend it.

Superb New Zealand cafe. Menu was full of enticing choices, and the dishes we settled for did not disappoint. Cakes looked amazing, generous slices. Modern and spacious, with multi level seating. Sells NZ chocolates and coffee.

Possibly the best brunch in Dundee. This lovely restaurant is right in front of the McManus Galleries and serves delicious food all day long. As a curiosity, it is full of references to New Zealand and you can buy there some kiwi products such as liquorice or some special drinks. Looks kinda hipster and it maybe is.. But i would be back

Unfortunately, the Bach doesn't seem to have adjusted to its new location well. Despite hardworking staff, we waited over an hour after placing our order. The staff seemed very stretched and undersupported. Several tables were served before us. Maybe wait until the place is back to speed before visiting.

Oh my word - this place is amazing - and the portion sizes are bang on. Chilli beef on toast is my fave brunch item, along with a lightly roasted drip pour.
