Really enjoy the food here, cheap and tasty. The staff are also really sweet. Unfortunately they refused to give me a glass of tap water when asked (was ordering food and other drinks, so wasn't being cheap, just thirsty!) The waitress was very sweet but said the manager said they're worried about making people sick from the water! The is incredibly worrying information when you're eating food prepared with amusingly the same water. For this reason I world avoid this please until they sort this major issue with hygiene.

Went into restaurant with daughter and grandson in a buggy. No welcome and took staff 5-10 minutes to acknowledge us. This is at a time when nobody else was in the restaurant (2pm). Eventually a waitress asked if we had already been seen she was taking frozen food from store to kitchen area and said would grab a pad and come get our order. 5-10 minutes later another person finally came to take our order after we had told another member of staff that we were still waiting. Order taken by a waitress with little or no customer service skills with a packet of fags and a lighter hanging out of her back pockets. So order taken we waited another 15 minutes before was asked if we'd received our drinks, we hadn't. So we had opted for a strawberry and a banana milkshake, they had neither, so I had chocolate and daughter was offered vanilla (not on menu) then said didn't have that either but we could have a smoothie instead so was offered a strawberry smoothie. She eventually returned with a strawberry milkshake, which is what we ordered in first place. Then it took another 10-15 minutes to be served one pizza, being told by the time you finish that one the other one should be ready. Well, we ordered two separate pizzas because we didn't want to share as we prefer different things. So after my daughter had eaten half of her pizza mine finally arrived. So about 40 minutes after ordering I finally got my pizza and by this time grandson was getting a bit fussy and daughter just wanted to get out as was clearly not the best experience. Went to pay and then was overcharged. Telling us that we had chocolate ice cream shakes when we clearly had normal shakes. I even had to go and get menus from up the stairs to show him price on the menu was same as on boards plastered on walls. I then paid the correct amount after using Spree voucher (wonder if this was reason for poor service). I then asked the main person if they could only cook pizza one at a time and he twice ignored me and walked off. Having spent more time than I cared for in the restaurant I won't be returning and all the Spree vouchers that we still have will go to waste. In addition, grandson required changing and there are no facilities in the restaurant for this even though they obviously cater for little ones as had a high chair available (not that we required this). I would have given zero stars but had to give one.

We ordered as soon as we walked in then went up stairs to wait close to a half hr for a bacon roll with tea and a so called pizza cone with chips and drink when asked about said ordered was told will be on its way then to wait ten more minutes to then be greeted with the pizza cone special i ordered which consists of tikki mince onions peppers sweetcorn possibly others when I opened this cone it was so stingy it wasnt half way full it had jalapeños that it doesnt even come with so took it back to be told oh sorry no real apology would you like something else i was so angry about the lack of ingredients this might seem like someone moaning but when you want to try something different and this is how i got treated my family member was as angry as i was too but now i know not to come back 😠

Ordered nachos and two coffees. Nachos tasted like crap and were really soggy and the coffee never even came after waiting half an hour. Shite/10

Appalled by the service, they got my delivery wrong twice and didn't rectify it after. Waste of money!
