My daughter had been complaining of pain/soreness in her toenail, so decided to take her to The Arch Clinic after a recommendation from a friend.  We saw Dee who was fantastic with my daughter and suggested surgery.  She arranged it promptly and performed the surgery sooner than the NHS appointment was and was very good with my daughter by putting her and myself at ease.  All healed perfectly in time for our holiday.  One happy mummy and daughter.

I’ve been going to the Arch Clinic for almost two year’s now. I work as a Dental Hygienist, so repetitive strain injury comes with the job! On every occasion the customer management has been excellent; always obliging to help, which of course puts you at ease. All the team are great, I’ve seen Jasmine who is so lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable, I’ve seen Kieron, Matt and of course Hugo. All the reception staff are great too! I can honestly say that they are all very professional and come with great experience and expertise. I would fully recommend this clinic if customer management and great treatment results is what you are looking for! Thank you Arch Clinic. God bless x

After 6 months of pain, only two sessions at the Arch clinic with Hugo Isaac using osteopathic treatment, acupuncture, massage, exercises with foam roller to set me free of pain. Highly professional and complete  treatment done by a top of the top qualified  osteopath. Never seen any thing like that in 22 years in the UK. I recommend highly because I lost too much money and  time in a chiropractic clinic for years with no results for the last 6 months. More than worth it, life saving!!!

Whilst I can't comment on the quality of treatment this place gives, the receptionists are rude, unhelpful, condescending and apparently don't know the difference between Osteopathy and Physiotherapy. Getting an appointment is next to impossible, and they charge more than every other Clinic I checked. Absolutely awful experience.

I absolutely love Yasmin here she knows so well her job ,very professional osteopath. Highly recommend to anyone.  We both me and my child received professional treatment.

Been using th arch clinic for years. Very good professional staff. Recently visited following a neck injury and was treated by Yasmin. She is a credit to her profession and explained everything as we went along, neck much improved after just one visit!

I took my daughter hoping it would be a better treatment than going to the doctors, but unfortunately her toe nails are worse than before, and she is still in pain, it was our first time and it's not a great atmosphere in the reception,  quite expensive which I would not have minded if it had fixed my daughters sore toe nails.

Simply the best in the World, and that is no exaggeration. I have never received better treatment for my back anywhere in the world. I have been to the clinic in bad pain a few times and have left pain free.  Hugo's eclectic approach to back issues is genius. Please clone him! I cannot recommend the Arch clinic more highly.

Yasmin could not have been more friendly and helpful. She helped me understand the problem with my knee, as well as both offering treatment and an effective exercise regime. I left feeling physically better and emotionally encouraged / reassured.

Prior to finding The Arch clinic, I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel for my plantar fasciitis. I'd been suffering for nearly a year. I'm now completing my final Shockwave treatment and it's made a HUGE difference. It's not for the faint-hearted but I assure you, your commitment will pay off like it has done for me.
