Great service! I went to see Jamie about ongoing pain in my legs and knees. He quickly identified a tendon issue and developed an exercise plan to treat it, while still allowing me pursue my cycling and walking hobbies. He is really knowledgeable and provided much needed reassurance that it would get better, which it did!
Had very limiting lower back pain/muscle damage which had stopped me being able to exercise or sit comfortably for any amount of time. After a few sessions with Hayley and doing physio exercises at home I've been able to start exercising again & beginning to build up strength. Highly recommend this place, very friendly staff and great treatment.
Fabulous service from the diagnosis right through to the end of treatment. All staff were very friendly and Jamie was excellent in diagnosing and treating my injury and was very helpful with any questions. Would absolutely reccommend!
Highly recommended. I made an appointment with Jamie regading an ongoing knee problem I've had for the last 5 to 10 years. Jamie quickly identified I had a chronic it band, of which he explained clearly and then developed a detailed recovery programme for me. I'm happy to say I am now able to run with no pain and am extremely pleased with the results. It's been an absolute pleasure working through this with Jamie. Only wished I went 5 years ago
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of Physiotherapy. From booking a prompt appointment with the efficient Suzi, to the treatment and aftercare with the incredibly professional Jamie or Beata. You’ll most certainly be in excellent hands! Thanks to Jamie’s knowledge and skills, my moderate to severe ankle injury is now 100% healed and I’ve been left with full movement and regained proprioception in the injured ligaments. I love how informative, friendly and professional everyone is and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks again :

After being in pain with my hip since February and unable to train I decided to see a physio and Jamie was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I made that call as he has worked some magic! I was a little nervous about going to physio and didn't really know what to expect, but from the moment I stepped through the door Jamie was extremely polite and very welcoming and I felt at ease straight away. Jamie has not only physically treated my injury over the last 6 weeks but takes the time to talk me through everything he is doing and why he's doing it. He has also explained why my injury has happened and is working with me to help prevent it happening in the future. I can't believe that in such a short period of time I'm back on my feet, back jogging and now preparing to ease back in at bootcamp. The service has been very professional and 2nd to non in my opinion. If you are in need of a physio I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I went to see Jamie about an issue with my foot after I broke it. We had a chat about how it happened and what I thought it could be. After mobilizing my foot I felt instant relief and was back up and running as normal the next day! We had a follow up session the next week to make sure id been doing my exercises and was discharged. I would highly recommend Jamie, great customer care and very effective treatment.
Suzi the Practice Manager is a very nice helpful lady, she managed my appointment wonderfully. Haley was the lovely young lady who I saw with my back problem, I came out feeling great. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Dislocated my shoulder a few months ago and wasn’t making any progress towards returning to where I was before the dislocation. I visited the team at physio Doc and saw Jamie who went through the injury with me explaining the intricacies of the injury and what I should expect and proceeded to stretch my shoulder. We worked on various movements and gradually pushed the shoulder to its limits. He was always reassuring and made me believe in the process. Within a few weeks I’ve seen a significant improvement with my range of motion and am extremely grateful to Jamie and the team for their help.
