I’m on a ‘maintenance’ package regular treatment, that as a 50-something, aims to ‘prevent’… and it’s money very well spent. The clinic works like clockwork and today Samantha greeted me with purpose and friendliness. Other receptionists are similar. And so to Shiv - my Practitioner. I love that he has time for me - he’s focused, he’s determined and he doesn’t mess about, but I never feel rushed or on a conveyor belt. His engineering skills !! alongside those in body architecture and construction combine to impressive effect. He manipulates, I ‘crack’…in all the right places. And I haven’t once departed, feeling anything other than better than when I walked in. Shiv’s got energy. He’s professional yes but he engages too - on many levels. He’s likeable, he’s inspiring, he has experience and he engenders trust.
Hi! I did not know what to expect from chiropractice and how much it will help me, as I’ve never tried it before, or I did not know anyone who did. I have started my treatment to Halsa clinic in Windsor and I can tell that it really helped. I definitely feel much better, my tension in my spine and muscles around has decreased, and yes, it is a lot of work. Because it is a less invasive treatment, it takes time, but it is worthy. I have decided to continue to visit the chiropractice once a year for couple of sessions to maintain what I have built till now. I have been treated by doctor Shiv, and I would like to thank him for his dedication, and patience with me. Thank you all!
The treatment I received for my shoulder was very effective. From the first or second session I noticed improvements to my mobility which continued to improve over the course of the following weeks ... Haris was very professional throughout. His advice on exercise will help me continue my journey to a full recovery.

The Windsor Hälsa practice is excellent! The staff are friendly, welcoming and know what they are talking about. The pricing is fair and accessible, and the practice is clean and professional. Can’t recommend them enough!
I have been going to see Gemma for about 8 weeks now.i have had a back injury for 20 years and steadily getting worse but Gemma has made massive improvements in what i thought coukdnt be improved..she is extremely good and professional in what she does.The CA Samantha is extremely helpful and accommodating and knows what she is doing.very professional.well done to these ladies at HALSA
I normally don’t leave reviews but after the treatment we received from Dr Shiv I had to let people know. If you suffer with back pain I would highly recommend you calling Halsa and asking for Dr Shiv. He came across very professional and I was amazed how much improvement there was after a few sessions. Looking to book more sessions to make sure its Long lasting. Very knowledgable and understanding We can’t recommend him enough - thank you
I went to Halsa Windsor for 6 weeks after a fall injuring my back. Then after another fall. Treatment was excellent, friendly and professional. A total success.

Dr Shiv has been fantastic with his treatment. I first visited in late 2021 with completely locked up shoulders and neck that I’d tried to ignore for far too long. Within weeks, the difference made me wonder why I hadn’t sought help earlier as not only did my mobility massively improve but so did my mood. I felt far more positive and importantly the regular sessions with Shiv have meant that it’s actually curing the problem as opposed just offering a temporary solution. Can’t recommend enough. Friendly and professional team.
