Awful practice. REPORTED TO THE ICO. Would not allow me to view my own medical records. All I wanted to know was a date I had a scan!! That's it. I just wanted to view. I didn't want a full report. Staff rude and when they say they will call back... on THREE occasions didn't. Poor management by Georgina Morgan. Lost prescriptions on numerous occasions. Staff never smile or appear to have any form of customer service and the hold music repeating words 'are you due your annual review' very very annoying. Drs are nice though. But reception staff are awful. Old building from the 70s in need of updating. Cant stress how bad the reception and management staff are here. From looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one 0 stars.

One fabulous receptionist here, unfortunately she isn't on duty all of the time. I do not often need the doctors, but on the last 3 occasions I've needed an appointment I've had an incredibly rude an condescending receptionist who has been so obstructive in my receipt of care, that I haven't been able to make an appointment. This surgery is honestly the best example of how bad NHS surgeries can be. I am lodging an official complaint. I don't normally bag the NHS, I'm an NHS employee and wholeheartedly believe in it, but this surgery is terrible. Avoid if you can.

I was prescribed antibiotics before Christmas which I took for 1 week, I have just done a repeat prescription for my routine meds ands was confused as to why I have been give the same antibiotics again. I rung the chemist they could not give me an answer so I rung the surgery and was snapped at saying I was wrong as the antibiotics were given to me in December, I tried explaining but the receptionist would not listen. to add to this there was an alert on my regular meds saying to stop taking them while I am taking these antibiotics as its causes some complications, why was this not noted when I was initially given them in December.

Moving over from Swan Lane surgery has been a very positive experience for myself and my family. I have always found the reception staff polite, professional and helpful, even when I've heard them under pressure. I have always managed to get an appointment when I needed one (not always the case before) and found the doctors to be professional and caring.
