The receptionist jackie was really rude,she shouldn’t be working in health care
Moved here from another surgery due to lack of success with appointments and have never had a problem, always get an appointment and the staff are super helpful, it feels like they actually care about people unlike a lot of other larger health/medical centres, and when I do get to see somebody, it's a thorough consultation. Would highly recommend this practice.
Not happy every time I call its fully booked i want appointment for my child for next day they say to call next day. After i call is busy called 32 times in 20 min it all booked. They dont even bother to ask if appointment is for me. Same happened when i call for my husband, he works late wanted appointment evening been told its not available not even for next week or week after…
I have been with Apollo surgery for 8yrs ,only twice have I not been able to see a doctor on the same day ,all the receptionists are very helpful friendly and efficient, they have a lot of student doctors at the surgery which is good as they are eager to learn and enthusiastic! I went to the surgery this afternoon Thursday to book a blood test, my appointment is on Saturday, can't grumble at that.
i am a new patient and was nervous of seeing a doctor as i hadn't seen one for about 14 years. then i met dr. maher and was put at ease immediately. he was very helpful indeed. he also introduced me to dr. prasad and he too was so easy to talk to. will now have no qualms about seeing a doctor!!
